Instructions

  1. Using guidelines prepare your poster abstract submission
  2. REGISTER (new users) or LOGIN on CECIIS site
  3. UPLOAD your abstract HERE (deadline 17.7.2016.)
  4. After abstract review you will receive acceptance report (25.8.2016.)
  5. Submit final abstract and poster according to acceptance report suggestions, deadline 1.9.2016.
  6. If suggested, make final adjustments to your submission, deadline 9.9.2016.
  7. REGISTER for the conference
  8. Pay the poster section fee at Faculty accounting department or ask for payment instructions.
  9. Participate at initial poster authors meeting, collect and set up your poster in the presentation area, on 21.9.2016. (morning)
  10. Present your poster on the conference, on 21.9.2016. (afternoon)

Fee

  • 10 EUR – Graduate/undergraduate student participants
  • 20 EUR – PhD student participants

Fee includes poster printing, participation certificate, accreditation and one coffee break.

Student ONLINE section

Announcement for the international students that will have online presentations (Skype).

We are kindly inviting international students that will not be able to travel to Varazdin, to present their international research online. We will use  Skype. There is no conference fee for students presenting online.

Instructions for Student online section

  1. Using guidelines prepare your abstract submission.
  2. REGISTER (new users) or LOGIN on CECIIS site.
  3. UPLOAD your abstract HERE (deadline: 17th July 2016 / Write "For Student online section").
  4. After abstract review you will receive acceptance report (25 August 2016).
  5. Submit final abstract to acceptance report suggestions, deadline: 1st September 2016.
  6. If suggested, make final adjustments to your submission, deadline 9 September 2016.
  7. Participation for student's online presentations through Skype is free of charge.
  8. Present your research on the conference, on 21 September 2016 (afternoon) through Skype. Please feel free to prepare 12-15 slides, duration of the presentations is 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.

Note

Poster authors can only be students. If your paper is coauthored with teacher as a part of research or project please state all relevant info in Acknowledgments section of written document as well as on a poster (bottom).
