Paper and Poster Submission

Paper submission related to Research Track, Student Online Section and Workshops

A camera-ready electronic version of a full paper, maximally 8 pages or approximately 20000 characters (extra pages: 10 EUR / page), including appendices and literature, should be prepared and submitted according to the Instructions for Authors using the provided Word template via Conference System. 

The official Conference language is English.

All papers will be subjected to double-blind review process. Only papers that are submitted on time, formatted according to the provided templates and reviewed positively, for which the registration fee is paid, can be presented and published.

Instructions for authors

  • Author guidelines and templates are available here: Word template
  • Remove author names in the paper (blind review)
  • Prepare PDF version of the article formatted according to the author guidelines
  • Please, be sure to include ALL authors of the paper in the submission process
  • Note: up to 8 pages included without additional fee (extra up to 4 pages: 10€/page)
  • One person can can be author or coauthor of at most two papers submitted to the conference

Instructions for Student poster section

  • Using guidelines prepare your poster abstract submission.
  • Poster should be A1 size, portrait orientation and in English.
  • REGISTER (new users) or LOGIN on CECIIS site.
  • UPLOAD your abstract HERE .
  • After abstract review you will receive acceptance report.
  • Submit final abstract and poster according to acceptance report suggestions.
  • If suggested, make final adjustments to your submission.
  • REGISTER for the conference.
  • Participate at initial poster authors meeting, collect and set up your poster in the presentation area.
  • Present your poster on the conference.
