After reviewers suggested 13 papers, the chairs of the sections voted to select three papers to be proposed to the Program Comitee.
The Program Committee decided that the Best Paper Award at this year's conference goes to professors Maja Buhin Pandur, Jasminka Dobša and Luka Kronegger for paper “Topic Modeling in Social Sciences: Case Study of Web of Science”, presented on the first conference day within Intelligent Information Systems session.
The Award was virtually assigned by Program Committee chair Full Professor Vjeran Strahonja, Ph.D.
The closing session was an opportunity to announce CECIIS 2021 topic and date.
Next year's CECIIS conference special topic will be 'Networked Society', and the dates are set from October 13th to 15th 2021.
