The Networking Lounge offers an excellent opportunity to promote your work to a broad audience, including researchers, academics, and project partners. If you have any promotional materials from your projects that you would like to share with others, please bring them with you on-site and leave them at the registration desk upon your arrival at the conference.

Additionally, we remind you that you can present your projects as part of the Project Pitch activity, where you’ll have the chance to showcase your work through short presentations. More information on how to apply for this section can be found here.
