Author guidelines

All papers will be subjected to double-blind review process. Only papers that are submitted on time, formatted according to the provided templates and reviewed positively and for which the registration fee is paid, can be presented and published.


The official Conference language is English.


Instructions for Conference research papers
  • Camera-ready electronic version of a full paper should be maximally 8 pages (extra pages: 10 EUR / page), including appendices and literature

  • Remove author names in the paper (blind review)
  • UPLOAD your paper here (available soon).
  • Uploading 1 zip file containing PDF and editable version (doc, docx, odt, or latex) is mandatory
  • Please, be sure to include ALL authors of the paper in the submission process
  • Note: up to 8 pages included without additional fee (extra up to 4 pages: 10€/page)
  • One person can be author or coauthor of at most two papers submitted to the conference

  • Using guidelines prepare your abstract submission.
  • UPLOAD your abstract here (available soon).
  • After abstract review you will receive acceptance report.
  • Submit final abstract to acceptance report suggestions.
  • If suggested, make final adjustments to your submission.
  • REGISTER (available soon) for the conference.
  • Participation for student's online presentations is free of charge.
  • Present your research at the conference. Please feel free to prepare 12-15 slides, duration of the presentations is 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.

  • Using guidelines prepare your poster abstract submission.
  • Poster should be A1 size, portrait orientation and in English.
  • UPLOAD your abstract here (available soon).
  • After abstract review you will receive acceptance report.
  • Submit final abstract and poster according to acceptance report suggestions.
  • If suggested, make final adjustments to your submission.
  • REGISTER (available soon) for the conference.
  • Participation for student's poster section is free of charge.
  • Participate at initial poster authors meeting, collect and set up your poster in the presentation area.
  • Present your poster at the conference.
